Deliveries the Dear Grace Way
- The Dear Grace Way We pride ourselves on attention to detail and personal service with our customer always the priority. With this in the forefront of our minds we made the decision to personally deliver the majority of orders placed. This includes all furniture, mirrors and easily damaged purchases.
- Couriers Our smaller items are sent with Royal Mail.
- Furniture and Large Items All furniture deliveries will be unpacked and all packaging removed if required. Our driver is happy to complete any required assembly and help position the item in to the finished position.
- Delivery Times Our dedicated delivery team aim to offer a 7 day service to large amounts of the UK with some areas being covered by a 14 day service. We therefore ask you allow up to 14 working days for delivery but in many cases you will receive your order sooner.
- Thinking Green Where possible we recycle all packaging and boxes. We are sure you will be happy to receive a reused box and save a little tiny bit of this world in the process.
